HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY MELLOW MASSAGE?

Drink plenty of water, remember to bring a warm coat or jacket and schedule in plenty of downtime for after your treatment.
Health & pregnancy
If you are pregnant or have any medical condition, including colds or flu, that may affect your treatment, please advise us at the time of the booking or contact me prior to booking an appointment. This is imperative as some treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy and certain medical conditions.
Your First Visit
Please arrive 10mins early to your initial appointment. You can park in the driveway (close to the front door) or on the street. Once you arrive, I’ll be here to guide you on where to go and what to do next.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Mellow Massage Studio accepts payments online, in cash as well as via card payments made through Square-up. Tap and insert options are available for VISA, MASTERCARD as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and other contactless smartphones and watches on site.
what if i’m late
If your arrival is delayed, please notify me ASAP via phone or email. If this happens don’t stress, simply contact me as soon as you can and reschedule. Please understand that arriving late will shorten your treatment and you will still be charged in full. All appointments are cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late, see our cancellation and no show policy for more information.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
If you didn’t show up, you may be subjected to a cancellation fee. The best apology you can make is to contact me as soon as possible and reschedule. If you left a deposit online unfortunately $10.00 deposits are non-refundable for last minute (less than 24hour notice) cancellation or “no shows”. If you have a legitimate reason and can provide proof for being unable to attend your appointment, I’ll happily transfer your deposit to your new rescheduled appointment at my own discretion. For those who payed in full please contact me to arrange to reschedule or to arrange a partial refund.
