Mellow Massage strives to give you the best mellow experience to each and every guest. In order to provide stress-free services where I can focus on meeting your needs, please respect and follow Mellow’s policies.

 

FIRST VISIT

Please arrive for your mellow massage appointment at least 5-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relax and prepare for your treatment. Be mindful that arriving late may limit your time on the table.

The code: “MELLOWME” is valid once for every mellow massage guest. The code is valid for the clients initial massage appointment only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other mellow massage promotions.

 

LATE POLICY

If late arrival is inevitable, your massage treatment will be shortened to ensure the next guest is not delayed. Unfortunately, no full or partial refunds will be given.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICy

Mellow Massage requires at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or modify your appointment in any way. Unfortunately, no full or partial refunds will be given.

PAYMENT options

The Mellow Massage Studio accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as payment.

 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Studio guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The guests concert forms must be completed and then, signed by the parent or guardian prior to the start of the service.

 

QUIET ENVIRONMENT

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and all mobile devices must be turned off when entering the studio.

 

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and studio menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a guest but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
